I would like to install a fourth wire basket (from the bottom). To make it look even, I would need to remove the second hinge from the bottom on both the left and right sides.
Is that possible, or would it put too much load on the other hinges?

Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Most likely, the door will warp and no longer fit properly, or the worst-case scenario: the hinges bend so much that the door breaks off, or at least the door no longer closes.
Alternative:
Install a wire basket at the bottom or move the cup hole slightly upward.
