I have the following problem:
I just installed a new kitchen and want to integrate my approximately 5-year-old IKEA NUTID DW60 dishwasher (product number 8542 599 01820) underneath the counter. The dishwasher is a freestanding model with a stainless steel front, handle, and progress indicator.
The issue is that the appliance’s plinth height and overall height fit very well in the old kitchen, but the new IKEA kitchens have a much lower plinth. As a result, the dishwasher door starts at least 3cm (1.2 inches) above the bottom cabinet edges, and I also have at least 7cm (2.8 inches) of space above.
Is there a practical installation method to solve this problem while maintaining a good appearance?

you have no way to sufficiently reduce the base, so the door at the bottom will never align flush with the fronts. Therefore, it cannot look really neat.
