gabor198421 Dec 2016 22:18Hello,
I’m new here. I’m currently planning an IKEA kitchen but want to install Siemens appliances.
For the oven, I plan to use the Siemens HB634GBS1, which should fit into the IKEA oven cabinets in terms of width and height, right?
The external dimensions are 59.5cm x 59.5cm (23.4 inches x 23.4 inches), so it should align flush at the front with the rest.
I might also install a Siemens BE634RGS1 microwave above it. It is 38.2cm (15 inches) high, so there would be a 1.8cm (0.7 inches) gap up to the next drawer front.
Does anyone have a solution for this? Even if I put the microwave in the wall cabinet where the Framtid microwave usually fits, there would still be the 1.8cm (0.7 inches) gap above.
I’m looking forward to your suggestions.

IKEA-Experte22 Dec 2016 10:52Hello,
the oven fits.
You have to be creative with the microwave. You can cut a narrow strip from a 10cm (5 inches) drawer front, build something with a square tube, take an overlapping door 20cm (8 inches) larger and shorten it so that it reaches the microwave (if the decor allows), or come up with something else.

IKEA-Freund22 Dec 2016 11:04Since the appliance has a narrow stainless steel strip at the bottom of the front, you could have a brushed stainless steel panel custom-cut and mount it over the strip.

gabor198422 Dec 2016 22:04Thanks first of all for the tips.
I also want to install a Siemens dishwasher with a Vario hinge. According to Siemens, the SX736x03ME model should fit. Can I simply attach an 80cm (31.5 inches) front panel and place the kickboard below it, and that will be fine?
