Jonas_994817 Nov 2015 21:49Hello everyone,
I have a Faktum kitchen, and once again, a lift-up hinge on one of the Faktum wall cabinets has broken. The Ikea service kindly sent me these hinges:

Unfortunately, the Faktum cabinet does not have the corresponding holes for these hinges.
However, it has the smaller Utrusta hinge. Does anyone know the hole spacing for the larger hinge?
Thanks and best regards,
Jonas

Jonas_994818 Nov 2015 08:51Ah, okay, so 52 mm (2 inches) from the front and 100 mm (4 inches) from the very top edge? Is the rear hole also 100 mm (4 inches) from the top?

IKEA-Experte18 Nov 2015 10:12The holes for the screws are located somewhere. There are only two positions for the two studs.
Page 6, first and second image. There you can also clearly see the 50mm (2 inches) spacing.

Jonas_994819 Nov 2015 22:34Strange, my hinges only have the upper pin, and the other one is positioned horizontally further back (apparently at the same height). It seems they sent me a prototype. I think I will go for the smaller version after all because these are too large for the cabinet. Also, they seem to be a different type than the ones currently available. In any case, many thanks for the support!
