Hello
can someone please help me?
I selected an FA185 (60cm (24 inches) base cabinet for cooktop, 3 drawers) in the IKEA online planner. Now I wanted to check the details on the IKEA website, but I can’t find the FA185 anywhere???

One more question:
In my kitchen plan, I included 2 FA113 (80cm (31.5 inches) base cabinets with drawers, Lidingö white). When I look at the item list in the online planner, instead of the FA113, I only find 1x cabinet carcass, 1x drawer front 80x57cm (31.5x22.4 inches), and 1x drawer front 80x13cm (31.5x5 inches). However, the Rationell full-extension drawers are missing!!! Even on the subsequent pages, the full-extension drawers are not listed.
Is this an error in the online planner, or how do I get the full-extension drawers included in the item list?
Best regards

Nayla might be the best person to comment on this.

I assume that the FA185 setup was removed because there is usually no space left for a drawer under the cooktop, especially with induction cooktops.

I can’t say anything about the planner software, as unfortunately it doesn’t work with Linux. I would probably just add the drawers manually.

Hello,

to be honest, the planner seems to be updated, changed, or redesigned in some way almost every day—whatever... in short, it’s frustrating. If you open the planner tomorrow and select the same cabinet again, it might appear correctly this time. If it doesn’t work properly before you finalize your kitchen purchase, it’s not a big deal. We kitchen professionals are aware of this issue. 😎 Please make notes and bring them to the showroom. In the I-Sell sales software, where your kitchen plan will be transferred, we can still make any changes you want.

Best regards

...in short, it’s annoying...

@Nayla: Is that a hint of frustration I hear there ... 😀

In I-Sell, our sales software where your kitchen design is transferred, we can still make any changes you want.

Thanks, Nayla!
I assume you work at Ikea?
Could you please tell me more about I-Sell? Does it generate a more detailed item list with delivery times and shelf numbers or something like that?
The reason I ask is that once my planning is finished, I want a detailed list of all individual items, where I can, for example, remove the hinges and instead buy the Bluemotion hinges mentioned here from another source. I also want to take that list to Ikea in Bratislava and buy the kitchen there because it’s cheaper. Therefore, the list should only include items that are actually available at Ikea.
I’d appreciate any advice.

@Nayla_1068: Do I sense a bit of frustration there...? 😀[/quote]

...what, me??? No... Grrr...

It’s just really embarrassing when something is changed again, and you end up sitting in front of the computer just as clueless as the customer. Very professional.
