Hello
can someone please help me?
I selected an FA185 (60cm (24 inches) base cabinet for cooktop, 3 drawers) in the IKEA online planner. Now I wanted to check the details on the IKEA website, but I can’t find the FA185 anywhere???

One more question:
In my kitchen plan, I included 2 FA113 (80cm (31.5 inches) base cabinets with drawers, Lidingö white). When I look at the item list in the online planner, instead of the FA113, I only find 1x cabinet carcass, 1x drawer front 80x57cm (31.5x22.4 inches), and 1x drawer front 80x13cm (31.5x5 inches). However, the Rationell full-extension drawers are missing!!! Even on the subsequent pages, the full-extension drawers are not listed.
Is this an error in the online planner, or how do I get the full-extension drawers included in the item list?
Best regards

Thanks Nayla!
I assume you work at Ikea?
Could you please tell me more about I-Sell? Does it generate a more detailed list of items including delivery times and shelf location or something like that?
The reason I’m asking is that once my planning is finished, I want a detailed list of all individual items. For example, I want to remove the hinges from the list and instead buy the Bluemotion hinges mentioned here from somewhere else. I also want to take the list and go to the Ikea in Bratislava to buy the kitchen there because it’s cheaper. Therefore, the list should only include items that are actually available at Ikea.
So any advice is appreciated.

Hi,

The kitchen planner is the “theory,” while I-Sell is our “practical” program. It will provide you with (almost) everything—you just have to ask for it. Bring your kitchen plan to the store and have them create a shopping list that includes every single part. Ask them to revise it specifically for later purchasing. The number of feet will be corrected, the toe kicks recalculated, the number of side panels for filler pieces adjusted, and so on. You can then get this revised version printed out.

If you have a helpful colleague, he or she can also provide you with item numbers linked to the corresponding cabinets, which makes it easier to identify the parts. Delivery times generally can’t be printed out, only when creating a delivery order. But the program does show you whether everything is available. For individual parts, it’s even possible to check stock availability at other stores, though this only applies in Germany and is just for viewing, not reserving. By the way, the total weight, volume, and quantity can also be provided.

If you want, and once your kitchen planning is ready and you don’t need to see or clarify anything else on site, I can also prepare the list for you. But please send me a private message for that.

Best regards

I agree!!!
And thank you, I am happy to accept this offer once all the details regarding the kitchen are finalized.

Thank you both! 😳

The offer still stands, just let me know when you’re ready.

Um, hello Nayla, are you still active in the forum?

I’m not sure if you remember: You had offered to help me create the shopping list for my kitchen using I-Sell once the planning was complete and it was time to start purchasing. It took a bit longer, but now it’s finally ready. Is the offer still valid?
