Hello everyone,

we are in the process of building a single-family house with a basement suitable for living. This is the design we have come up with. I would like to hear from you if you see any possibilities for improvements.

On the ground floor, there is a side entrance door on the right. The carport will be located there.

In the basement living area, the children's rooms face south. From there, it should be possible to access the terrace and the garden.

I look forward to your tips and suggestions!

Ground floor plan: open living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and two rooms.

Apartment floor plan: kitchen, living room, hallway, and bedrooms with dimensions.

Just checked, we have a Neff GV6801T, you can only hear it if you stand right next to it or if the house is completely silent.
Thank goodness. That's exactly the one we ordered. How well does it wash? Our 6-year-old Bosch is terrible, even plates and glasses don’t always come out clean.

No complaints so far. Actually, nothing negative has come up yet... It would be nice if the machine opened by itself, but apparently only Miele models can do that. Plastic doesn't get dry, but that's probably normal...

Our device can do that, but you have to set it up (see user manual), and I think it only works in eco mode. I need to check at home, but it’s really great.
Plastic doesn’t really work well for us either, but if you turn the machine on in the evening and it opens at the end of the cycle, by the next afternoon (after work) almost everything is dry.

Plastic never gets completely dry. Try using different washing cycles. With the eco wash cycle, everything comes out clean, but the plastic feels like it’s just been taken out of the water. Using the cycle with the glass symbol, the plastic is partially dry.

You do realize that it doesn’t matter at all whether it says Neff, Bosch, or Siemens on it, right?

Yes, they all come from the same company, but in practice, it’s not the same. My Bosch machine clearly proves that.
