ᐅ Bosch fridge-freezer combination for Ikea Metod cabinet 60x60x220 cm

Hello everyone,
I am currently planning my new kitchen and am very glad to have found this forum, as many diverse topics and solutions have already been discussed here.
My question concerns suitable refrigerators for a new Metod kitchen. The following cabinet has been planned:
METOD cabinet tall unit/fridge/oven, white, 60x60x220cm (24x24x87 inches)
Also, the fronts:
1.) Ringhult 60x140cm (24x55 inches) for the upper section
and
2.) RINGHULT 60x80cm (24x31 inches) for the lower section
I am now desperately trying to find a suitable fridge-freezer combination and came across the following Bosch model: Series | 6 KIS87AD40.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer responded that due to incompatible door panel dimensions, the refrigerator is not suitable. I am unable to understand this term, and Google hasn’t really helped me either. Maybe someone here has had similar experience and can share how the cabinet might be adjusted to accommodate the fridge. I would be willing to modify the cabinet slightly if necessary.

We are planning to buy the same refrigerator (Bosch KIS87AD40). However, in our plan, the tall cabinet is the 60x60x200 cm (24x24x79 inches) model, not 220 cm (87 inches) high.

Tall cabinet carcass / fridge / oven, white
There is supposed to be an additional wall cabinet 40 cm (16 inches) high above the tall cabinet.
After thinking about it several times, I still can’t see why that wouldn’t fit. Nevertheless, I would be very grateful if you or someone else could kindly confirm this.

Due to a new addition to the family, we moved, and our Metod units will arrive in 4 weeks (without appliances). Thanks to this forum, I was able to find a suitable dishwasher, but I’m stuck with the fridge/freezer combination. The cabinet ordered is 60x60x220 cm (24x24x87 inches), so this thread is the right place to ask.
Is there a quick way to tell what will fit? For budget reasons, I’m considering the Bosch KIV38X20 or the Gorenje RKI 5182 EW (both around €500 including delivery).

Knallkörper29 Sep 2017 19:25Does the Bosch unit have a "plinth assembly"? If so, it probably won’t fit easily into the IKEA cabinet.
Edit: It does not have a plinth assembly. Next, it needs to be clarified whether the correct fronts are available at IKEA. In other words: Does the height layout fit?

Knallkörper29 Sep 2017 22:59Then the bottom part is too high, the freezer section is only 57cm (22 inches). It doesn’t work. And overall, it’s too much anyway; the upper front would then be 40cm (16 inches) longer than the refrigerator door. You would need fronts of 60 + 120 + 40cm (24 + 47 + 16 inches), if I’m not mistaken.
