Hello everyone,
we are in the process of building a single-family house with a basement suitable for living. This is the design we have come up with. I would like to hear from you if you see any possibilities for improvements.
On the ground floor, there is a side entrance door on the right. The carport will be located there.
In the basement living area, the children's rooms face south. From there, it should be possible to access the terrace and the garden.

I believe the original budget was already abandoned in the previous thread. The architect had already received revised data.

But Katja, you are among them... You can't stand it when others think differently and say so, and then it becomes derogatory from your side. Mr. Know-it-all, the dreamers, sugarcoating the world, Pippi Longstocking, etc. – I have read the pages – and in my opinion, Frank is completely right, it is almost nothing but complaining, partly expressed in a derogatory manner.

Having multiple opinions in a forum is really no surprise! I don’t see how one could be more tolerant than saying, “Your design isn’t really my style, but it works.”
But that’s not how you say it: what you’re basically saying is: it’s not even worth discussing… someone who would rather sleep without windows than take a few steps to the utility room… and so on. Please just read your posts for the tone, not the content.
So, who here is the floor plan expert? All the amateur architects? Floor plans always have to fit the individual. That’s why I hardly participate in those discussions, because I think it’s nonsense to suggest corrections to a complete stranger I don’t know. Especially since there’s usually a partner involved who doesn’t appear in the forum. K.
