Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.

Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.

Thank you for your help.

Hello first of all
Designs can only be evaluated and possibly modified as a whole.
There are several elements missing here.
The upper floor plan indicates that the staircase is either in the wrong position or fundamentally the wrong choice.
The room layout is not advantageous: master bedroom, child’s room 2, utility room... there are simply unnecessarily wasted, unusable corners in the rooms. Bathroom furniture needs to be arranged properly and logically.

No tips from me, see sentence 1!

Exactly.

If the overall result is so off, it’s a good reason to question all the requirements.

It hardly matters what is supposed to fit in there, or even what actually fits, if you have to be like a contortionist just to squeeze through.

The modern flexible person needs exactly 4 washbasins for 4 people and a children's bathroom.

This also means 3 toilets (including a guest toilet), which is a bit unfair since not all 4 can use the toilet at the same time.

First World Problems

Seriously, do you really need a children's bathroom? With that space, you could do something much more useful.

Whether the room is practical is debatable. If in doubt, categorize it as a luxury feature—and luxury is allowed.

However, for a bathroom of 8m² (86 sq ft), I would advise against insisting on a walk-in shower solution. The space is simply too small for that. This should open up new possibilities.

The floor plan looks very forced. The cramped staircase, the pitch-dark hallway, and all the irregularities in the rooms… this seems more like a case for hitting the reset button. 105m² (1,130 sq ft) of living space on one level, yet no sense of spaciousness at all.

Do you mean this specifically for the 8 sqm (86 sq ft) bathroom or in general?
We have 4 sqm (43 sq ft) and 8 sqm (86 sq ft) bathrooms, and it works just fine.
