Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.

Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.

Thank you for your help.

If you just paint the balcony now, it will become more expensive again. Is that not a problem?
Hello, the additional cost will need to be discussed. The balcony also involves expenses. I estimate that the difference will not be too high.

I actually think it will.

I roughly expanded the bathroom. At least approximately. I also adjusted the rooms and furnishings a bit. I still like it. The utility room now feels long and narrow, but that shape is actually ideal for laundry because you can fit the long drying racks (standard size marked) in there.

The overall layout doesn’t change much.

The pantry could still be placed under the stairs, if desired.
