Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.
Thank you for your help.

Plan master suite accessible via the walk-in closet --> My wife simply doesn’t like access through the walk-in closet. I had also drawn a version like that.

Was two stories a must? Yes, it’s mandatory --> 2 full floors

Will the upper floor be set back or not after all? That’s an option. It may be, but doesn’t have to be.

Still a too narrow staircase I can adjust that in the software. But I don’t have data on what reasonable dimensions should be.

Why 152 cm hallway width At friends’ houses with a hallway width of 1.20 m (4 feet), it felt a bit too narrow to us. The 1.52 m (5 feet) width I drew is not mandatory. It could also be 1.30 m (4 feet 3 inches). --> I just lack the feeling of how it will come across in the stairwell area.

No natural lighting at all I planned a narrow glass element in both the master bathroom and utility room to bring some natural light into the rooms.

Yes, it is specified --> 2 full stories Are you sure about that, highlighted with a circle?
I would find that surprising if there is a pitched roof requirement.

What do you mean by walk-in?
Not a traditional glass enclosure where only the door is missing.
It seems to me that you still need to develop a better sense of space. Once you have gathered all the data for the new thread, take a break. You appear stressed. Take your wife and go for a walk, preferably through the nearest model home exhibition. Bring a tape measure and look at the rooms—how wide they are, what kind of spatial experience they create. Notice how much space a staircase occupies. Consider which staircase slope feels comfortable and which is too steep. Observe where windows are cleverly placed to avoid dark corridors and where the design is less effective. Pay attention to how wide hallways need to be when they are next to an open stairwell or simply connect rooms. Also, consider ceiling heights in relation to room sizes. Don’t hesitate to thoroughly examine everything, ask questions, measure, and try things out. Along the way, you might notice features you like—make sure to note everything down. Then start your new thread…
I can only agree with @kaho674.
And answers like these are not very helpful:
She should try to explain in 2 or 3 sentences what exactly she doesn’t like about it. Because such explanations help to understand how someone thinks.
