Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.

Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.

Thank you for your help.

I can only agree with @kaho674.

And exactly such answers are not very helpful:

She should try to explain in 2 or 3 sentences what she doesn’t like about it. Because those kinds of explanations help to understand how someone thinks.

And by the way, you should really consider why you shouldn’t access the living room through the bedroom. Then you might realize what is wrong with having the bedroom as a walk-through room.

In the new thread, please also post the list of questions, as well as the foundation slab on the plot (with orientation) including the already installed connections – preferably dimensioned and drawn by yourself.

(OT ... @Admin: once again the direct posts were linked in a complicated way by copying the link from the approvals where the direct link to the post works. Would it be possible to fix the post number linking again?)

I am really looking forward to posting our design here once it is finished...

You might think everything is perfect, and then there are still great ideas.
Of course, tastes are different.
I find a 7 m² (75 sq ft) and a 4 m² (43 sq ft) guest bathroom completely sufficient. Others say that is far too small. For me, an open living and dining area with 40–50 m² (430–540 sq ft) and open ceilings is more important. It’s just that different.

Gambling addiction.

Floor plan of a house: garage on the left, office top left, open-plan room with terrace on the right, entrance hall.

Hopefully only at an early stage. On one hand, I do like your demonstration of how a similar design would look with a non-central staircase. However, as a building, it appears to me as if a T-shaped bungalow has been combined with a basement that does not really fit it.

Yes, the real experimentation started with a flat roof and only one balcony. This is the simplified gable roof version. It probably spoils the overall appearance. I really think it’s a shame that the 12.49 x 12.49 meters (41 x 41 feet) footprint now has to be squeezed under a gable roof.
I’m all for a really grand villa.
