Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.
Thank you for your help.

105 sqm (1,130 sq ft) of living space all on one level, and not a hint of spaciousness visible. Oops, I hadn’t added it up myself — yeah, it does feel like not much more than seventy. Well, that makes me even more curious about the ground floor. It must be almost perfect if "the rest of the mess upstairs" is so tangled up. We’ve seen this before, where flaws upstairs were linked to priorities that were implemented as desired on the ground floor.

Hello, thank you for the many responses. After a while, you can get overwhelmed by all the drawings.
I have (hopefully) marked a few improvements by hand and would like to ask for your opinion before having the drawing revised.
The original drawings including measurements have also been uploaded.
Regarding the stairwell: a glass front will be installed on the ground floor and only a half-height wall will be built on the upper floor. The staircase is intended to function as a room divider on the ground floor.
Thank you for your help.

Hello first of all
Designs can only be evaluated and possibly changed as a whole.
There is quite a bit missing here.
The upper floor (UF) shows that the staircase is either in the wrong position or fundamentally the wrong choice.
The room layout is not advantageous: master bedroom, child’s room 2, utility room... practically unnecessary wasted, unusable corners in the rooms. Bathroom furniture should be arranged appropriately.
No tips from me, see sentence 1!Maybe also read my pinned post and fill out the questionnaire before you make 40 posts but still have said nothing?!

How can I improve the layout of the upper floor?
Is the entrance on the south side?
And what about the upper floor? Has the staircase been rotated?
As I mentioned before, I don’t think this design or placement of the staircase is good, since you have to plan a hallway around it. So, I can’t really come up with a satisfactory suggestion right now.
Next time, JPGs would be better... at least some people here are willing to work with them continuously instead of using auxiliary software (like Acrobat), especially because many access the forum via mobile phones.
