Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.

I submitted the original application plan --> we will see how it was designed. If the plan is at least somewhat usable, you should contact the previous owner and discuss purchasing the design. In my opinion, the architect of the "old" house would be a natural candidate to continue the project, one way or another.

That was me, and the photos confirm it. They show two glass enclosures. To me, “walk-in” means something different.
Also, with such a shallow depth, there’s likely to be quite a bit of water splashing out.

I think a new thread with ALL the information in one place would be helpful, as I’ve said before (I already have to search for the foundation plan again .. so all important details in post 1 of a new thread). And I would like to see the base plans. The shafts and so on should already match the basement pipes.
Just saying .. I would always plan a master suite accessible through the dressing room. I still don’t see a reason why you don’t want that. Was having two floors a must? Because of the large foundation slab, will the upper floor be set back or not?
Now you’ve posted some plans again. You don’t have to put every minor revision here, especially since the staircase is still too narrow. And why a hallway width of 152 cm (60 inches)? People just walk through the corridor, and on one side there’s the stairwell, which should provide enough openness. You’ve created 20 square meters (215 square feet) in the middle of the house with no natural light that’s supposed to feel airy. This is tinkering without consistent adaptation.
So, now I’m waiting for the new thread.
