Hello everyone...
After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

But that’s okay... For the shower bathroom, I might still remove the shower and will definitely change the door to open inward.
Regarding the kitchen... Yes, I agree... I would place the door where the window is now... just like you have in your plan...

Well, that looks quite decent. D-Bad is supposed to mean shower bathroom, so the traffic island bypass arrow "Schedel" is meant to be a shower enclosure?
Will there be an attic added, or will an old one remain?
I hope the flooring changes between the areas—otherwise, you’ll always feel like the TV sofa is in the kitchen-living area. I will never really like these cooking-show living rooms. If the phone rang, I would always think the caller was probably a viewer trying to win a motivational mug with their quiz answers.

I would go with my suggestion for the kitchen; I find it more thought-out in my sketch if the tall cabinets are boxed in.

Does this house manufacturer’s planner never listen, or do you just speak such different languages? How is it that even her latest design is always drawn differently than your current floor plan version?
About the upper floor (from #175): the bathtub must fit with the “head end” still within the 2m (6 feet 7 inches) zone, so it needs to be rotated 90°.

And a stove belongs in the kitchen too?!
