Hello everyone,

I am currently considering which video door entry system to buy for our single-family house on a hillside.
I find the video feature very useful since our living and dining area is located in the basement, so you don’t have to go upstairs every time the doorbell rings.

There are many versions on the market, and unfortunately, they vary significantly in price.
Do you have any recommendations on which ones to buy?
What do you think about this one?

Well, I’m treading on thin ice here, but I would argue:

Since audio and video transmission have always been part of the system,

the intercom has also always been integrated, and as far as I know, no one has ever been dissatisfied with the system. Therefore, it’s worth considering a purchase.

I assume you’re talking about the T25?

Has anyone installed the DOORBIRD D2101V and can share their experience?

Are there any new experiences with IP cameras here by now?

Since many owners of a video intercom system are active here: At what height did you install your outdoor unit?

Hi, I’m new here and have a question.
I installed a Mathel video intercom system for a single-family house with 2 monitors. My electrician took a long time to connect it to the door release. At first, everything worked fine, but for the past few days, I only get a blue screen and the door release no longer works :S
Does anyone have any experience with this manufacturer? My electrician has lost interest too, maybe you can help me.

I recognize a blue image from somewhere; we had the same issue once when connecting our system. It was a contact problem—one of the cables didn’t have a proper connection, so neither the opener nor the image worked.
