Hello,

I would like to place a dresser “front” under our 4.70m (15 ft 5 in) sloped ceiling and I’m struggling to find the right solution...

It should have four drawers, about 90cm (35 inches) high, and especially more than 50cm (20 inches) deep. Ideally, also in different widths. This doesn’t seem to be available on the market.

At IKEA and similar stores, dressers are usually only up to 48cm (19 inches) deep. Custom cabinetry is an option, but I’d also consider building something myself (like a top panel or similar) and I don’t want to spend around 3,000 EUR on this.

A kitchen cabinet system with the right dimensions would probably work best, but those usually have high-quality metal fittings and hardware that I don’t need for a simple bedroom dresser.

--> Does anyone know of a dresser or dresser system with 50–60cm (20–24 inches) depth and drawers?

Best regards

There are 60 Metod base cabinets.

And then

Technical drawing of a wire basket with dimensions: width 53.8cm (21 inches), depth 55cm (22 inches), height 15cm (6 inches).

Then I have open baskets instead of drawers.

There are two Method 2 drawer options – Maximera, the more expensive and sturdy version, and Förvara, the more affordable version.

Price example for an 80cm (31.5 inches) wide unit with 4 drawers, plus 1 inner drawer on top, with the budget-friendly HÄGGEBY front – 180 euros with Förvara, 286 euros with Maximera
