Hello

We are currently in the planning phase of our house, and the first drafts are ready. I would like to share them with you to see if you might have any ideas or suggestions.

Two-story house with a pitched roof; west and east views with windows.

Two-story house with a flat roof; front and garden side with many windows (north/south).

Upper floor plan: two children’s rooms, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, hallway, open space, overview.

Ground floor plan: kitchen/dining/living with dining table and sofa; study; hallway; storage room; shower toilet.

Where is the basement floor plan? Or where else is the utility room supposed to be? I also don't see any storage space for things you don't need every day on either of the two levels.

Unfortunately, there is not yet a proper plan for the basement.
I haven’t thought about storage space on the second floor yet, but it’s not a bad idea. However, wouldn’t it be better to have that in the basement?

What comes to mind when I look at the bedroom: Do you both get up together in the morning, or why would one disturb the other when getting up and dressing?
Where is the TV supposed to go in the living room?
The wardrobe is too small for children.
