No, he has done "this kind of work"—larger facades he has done. Starting tomorrow we’ll be on a health retreat with him; I’ll show him the house and he’ll say yes or no.

The documents are now with the structural engineer, and I hope the approval process with the city of Hagen will move quickly!

The floor plan is good, the house style is good, but the windows... rather a thumbs down – too many always cause headaches. A kitchen island in the entrance axis would really bother me! That’s just my opinion.
