Hello everyone,
Since I have no prior experience, I would like to get some general information.
Our new building will be heated using an air-to-water heat pump.
What would generally and overall be the advantages, potential savings, and costs of installing a photovoltaic system on the roof? Is it worthwhile or not?

The electrician needs to submit a completion notification. That is what counts.
The reason it wasn’t operational yet was due to delays with the utility provider, and we only received the meter on Monday. Finally off the construction power supply. Then the main network will also be put into operation.
It was also registered like this in the market master data register. How does that fit with what was said above?
How can an electrician submit such a notification during the shell construction phase?
In Bavaria, the system was installed by us on January 15th. The house connection was established on February 15th, and the meter was installed on February 22nd. Sometime at the end of April, N-ergie carried out an informal final inspection of the system. The commissioning date is January 15th in all documents.
It hasn’t been just a shell for a long time. The utility company says it has nothing to do with the meter. The electrician claims the opposite. I tend to agree with the electrician. But apparently, this is common practice.
In the market master data register, I still have the system plus storage listed as “in planning.” I will switch that next week.

Just to make sure I really understand, does that mean you receive the EVG as of January?
A meter does not have to be present for commissioning, but how can the commissioning (= power supply to consumers / "incandescent bulb test") take place without a house connection? That is only possible with emergency power-capable systems.
We had commissioning in April (28.35 kWp), but have not received any payment yet.
