Hello everyone,
Since I have no prior experience, I would like to get some general information.
Our new building will be heated using an air-to-water heat pump.
What would generally and overall be the advantages, potential savings, and costs of installing a photovoltaic system on the roof? Is it worthwhile or not?

BauBauNRW26 Sep 2021 13:04Hello,
I have a question regarding the subsidies for photovoltaic systems and storage batteries. Are these two items eligible for funding separately from the KfW support (energy-efficient renovation), if the energy consultant does not include a photovoltaic system in the renovation of a KfW 100 house?
Thanks in advance

Thanks in advanceWhich programs or subsidies are you referring to exactly?B
BauBauNRW26 Sep 2021 13:12Essentially a combination of the KfW programs 261, 262, and 270. The wallbox costs 440 and, as far as I know, is handled separately. The energy storage system is subsidized by BAFA, correct?

hampshire26 Sep 2021 13:17I would just give them a call. There are some municipalities, such as Nümbrecht, that offer subsidies. These can be combined with KfW programs (it’s also worth checking with the municipality). It’s always best to get information directly from the source. The KfW staff are easy to reach.

The KfW contacts are quite accessible.Basically, I agree with you, but I couldn’t confirm the latter for the lady I once spoke to on the phone.

BauBauNRW26 Sep 2021 13:25I just found information from a major home loan provider starting with "i" that 261 can be combined with 270.
EDIT: and now I also found it on the KFW website. You just need to open several submenus.
Thanks for the help.
