Hi everyone,
My wife and I are close to finalizing our design, which we are developing with an architect. The results are shown in the attached images. Since this forum gathers a lot of experience from homeowners, we would really appreciate hearing opinions of any kind.
One thing not yet updated in the images but already communicated is moving the balcony to the bedroom side, which is also where the exit is.
The floor plan is almost perfect for us. Window placement was our most recent focus, and this is where I still see potential—especially the question of whether to use divided windows or larger single-pane windows.
We look forward to your feedback.
Good luck,
Jan

I quickly made two adjustments using my MS Paint skills. Additionally, I redesigned the bathroom as I understood it in an inverted L-shape, but as you can see, I swapped the washbasins with the bathtub.
Any opinions?

Sorry, I don’t like it as much anymore. The toilet is now very cramped and uncomfortable. The huge shower wall primarily feels like just a solid wall. I prefer glass and open spaces.

Regarding the shower wall, it could be built only halfway up with masonry and then continue with glass from the halfway point upwards. I think this would reduce the impression of a solid wall in the room and make the space feel a bit more open.

I think this would reduce the impression of a solid wall in the room and make it feel a bit more open. The toilet should have one meter RBM.
The choice of materials for the shower area determines whether you prefer to clean glass or plastic surfaces. A combination creates unnecessary corners where water and, consequently, limescale accumulates.
It doesn't matter whether you have a bathtub or vanity units on the other side.
