Hello everyone!
We are about to make the final decision on our exterior paint color and I would appreciate your inspiration. Ideally with the exact color code in your color system.
We have experimented with various online color visualizers. We like shades in the range of sand / greige / taupe, leaning towards the lighter side.
The front door will be dark gray (iron mica), and the windows are, as usual, white.
I don’t want a completely white facade because then the windows would have too little contrast.
Feel free to share other ideas or suggestions as well; they don’t necessarily have to be along the lines I mentioned. =)

We paid 8,900 euros last year.Just removal? Or were additional repairs or adjustments necessary? Was scaffolding included in the price?

I really like the house in this Mallorca style. However, I’m less fond of the three-tone facade. And blue window shutters on top of that?! Often, less is more.
Question for everyone here: Which color shades work best with white windows and with anthracite windows?
I generally tend to prefer pastel colors for the facade. I feel the same way. I think the house is very beautiful, but the color combination of the plaster is not to my taste at all.

Was the scaffolding included in the price? I’m wondering the same. The painting for our new build cost 2500€ (about 2700 USD), and the scaffolding was of course separate or already in place. 8900€ (about 9600 USD)... there must have been more work involved.
I really like the pigeon blue/gray color with white (mullioned) windows. This might be the look we choose for our house’s next paint job.
However, you mostly see this on wooden houses. I’m not sure how it would look on plastered walls. So just offering this as additional inspiration—or maybe some confusion ;-)

I personally don’t like emphasizing individual floors. In my opinion, the facade’s character comes entirely from the window design and, if applicable, the greenery—such as a garden—that harmoniously complements or supports the facade.
What is the purpose of those hard horizontal lines? They somewhat resemble noise barriers or oversized industrial buildings, which are usually painted lighter towards the top to blend better with the surrounding landscape.
Otherwise, as you can clearly see in my opinion, color can easily ruin a house’s appearance. Some houses look cheap with the wrong color choice. Then it’s not the intended colorful villa that stands out. I agree with @Pitiglianio: less is often more. This also applies to the interior: painting an entire room in a bold color usually has a negative effect compared to just accentuating one wall.
But: everyone is entitled to their own preferences. I’m just glad I don’t have to look at every house with misguided color choices.

I really like dove blue/gray with white (mullioned) windows. Our house might get that color scheme during the next repaint.
You usually see it more on wooden houses though. I’m not sure how it would look on plaster. So it’s just another idea – or maybe a bit confusing ;-)
It definitely looks different on plaster because the shadow from the wood grain also affects the overall appearance.
