ᐅ Order numbers for FÖRVARA rails?

Hello!

I recently bought some Förvara drawers from the bargain corner, and the matching rails were supposedly ordered for me through the order service. They arrived today, but unfortunately, they are the rails for Maximera drawers. Those are great, but not useful for me at all...

The MAXIMERA manual also includes the order number, but unfortunately, I can't find one in the Förvara manual. Does anyone know it, or am I overlooking it somewhere?

Hello. Yesterday, I bought a packaged, sealed FÖRVARA drawer from the clearance section and just realized that both the screws and – even worse – the drawer slides are missing. I have since found out that these slides cannot be ordered separately, and I don’t understand why Ikea puts incomplete drawers into the clearance section.

Now I have three unusable FÖRVARA drawers, which means wasted money instead of savings. I know that clearance items usually cannot be returned, but what happens when these items are completely unusable? Especially since this drawer was packed in its original box(!), I naturally assumed everything would be included (I couldn’t exactly open it before buying!).

Do you have any experience with cases like this? I’m really frustrated right now...

Hello,
go to customer service and try to return it. You had to assume that the contents were complete, and you were also given incorrect information beforehand.
The frustrating thing is that even when you are right, a retailer can still take you for a ride because they know you won’t sue and don’t really have a chance to win in court.

If the packaging has already been opened, I always check the contents, even if it’s not from the clearance section.

It worked! o/ I was able to return everything.

IKEA Südkreuz: Three-quarters of an hour of discussion, several employees involved, three signatures required, and had to provide a copy of my ID. A big "GOODWILL" stamp on the receipt. Still, they didn’t accept the third drawer from the "other" store.

IKEA Lichtenberg for the 3rd drawer: "Sure, no problem, after all, the mistake was on our side." As often in this store, had a much more positive experience. <3

Now I managed to get three MAXIMERA drawers in the bargain corner and I’m happy. :3 It was a bit more expensive, but with a 30% discount, it was still okay.
