ᐅ Are door dimensions no longer standardized? Did I measure incorrectly?

Hello
I want to replace a door. The largest dimensions are 86 x 195.5 cm (approximately 34 x 77 inches, outer frame measurement). According to the hardware store’s website, they don’t seem to have doors that size. They start at 88 cm (about 35 inches) and up...
Did I measure incorrectly? That can’t be the case since I already took the largest measurement...
I don’t want to go to the hardware store only to find nothing available, so I’m considering going straight to a specialist store hoping to find a suitable door there.
The door no longer closes properly, so this needs to be done quickly.
I also want to improve sound insulation and thermal insulation to the stairwell at the same time.
Security is not important to me, so that’s not a factor.
Since it is an apartment door, the look is secondary for now, although it should be wood.
How much should I roughly expect to invest in a good door?
I’m interested in a general price range.
I already have the lock and hinges.

You can shorten everything! ;-) However, you might need to be a bit careful, as it can obviously get quite tight in that area depending on the door construction. An ideal choice would probably be a solid wood door; I believe that for most doors with hollow core or chipboard cores, shortening by 3-4cm (1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inches) can already be challenging.
What type of door is it currently? What can be said is that it has very likely been shortened before and may have originally measured 198.5cm (78 inches). It’s best to visit a home improvement store or a specialist dealer; they should be able to help you. The height itself is definitely not a major issue; it just limits the options a bit because the door will need to be shortened by 3-4cm (1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inches).
