Hello community,

I had an Ikea employee redesign a tall oven cabinet (233cm (92 inches)) for me so that instead of a door at the bottom, there are three pull-out drawers. Today, while assembling it, I realized that the pre-drilled holes do not match the spacing of the drawers... the lowest one is still positioned correctly, but the one above it has a gap of 1.5cm (0.6 inches), and if I move the runner further down, the fronts overlap. 🙁

What is the best way to proceed with drilling new holes? I’m a bit unsure right now...

Regards,

Not at all.

Just go there and exchange it. With a 20-year warranty, I wouldn’t drill anything.

But on a different note:

What kind of fronts do you have, meaning what are the individual heights?
