Hello everyone, I have the following problem with the cabinet drawer slides: how exactly should I install them? When I install both slides with the metal side facing down, my top drawer gets stuck. If I turn them so the smooth side faces down, it works. I’m attaching photos so you can see what I mean. How should these slides be mounted? One this way and one the other way? Or did I make another mistake? Thanks in advance.

The rail is installed upside down, just as shown in the picture.
The issue is not the rail but the drawer. Either install it differently (if possible) or carefully adjust the rail with a grinder. Not everything at Ikea is perfect...

Your drawer slides are mounted too high, while the drawer front is installed too low. Adjust both, and everything will fit properly.

(The slides have two rows of holes, and the front offers the possibility to mount the fixing elements offset.)

Most likely, you have attached the front panel of the bottom drawer incorrectly. Check the instructions on pages 15/16. There you can see that the bottom fronts are installed differently than all the others. It has to do with the plastic peg, which you place on the front panel either in the top and middle positions, or in the middle and bottom positions of the pre-drilled holes in the front.
