I installed a Utrusta press hinge in a horizontal wall cabinet measuring 40cm x 80cm (16 inches x 31.5 inches). Unfortunately, I donât have a drilling template for the Jutis door to drill the hinges.
Does anyone perhaps have a 1:1 copy of the template or could provide it to me? Without this drilling template, I simply canât fit the hinges onto the door.
Thanks

Carcass:
You need 2 holes with a 5mm (0.2 inch) drill bit at distances of 20mm (0.8 inch) and 32mm (1.3 inches) from the front edge â double-check this. The distance between the screw holes for the hinge cup that goes into the carcass should be 12mm (0.5 inch).
Door:
The âcupâ fits into a hole 13mm (0.5 inch) deep with a diameter of 35mm (1.4 inches). Its center should be 23.5mm (0.9 inch) from the door edge. You can mark the screw positions after drilling the cup hole (each 22.5mm (0.9 inch) above and below the axis, 33mm (1.3 inches) from the door edge, 8mm (0.3 inch) drill hole diameter).
Good luck.

You need two 5mm diameter holes (about 0.2 inches) drilled at 20mm and 32mm (about 0.8 inches and 1.3 inches) from the front edge â please double-check this. The distance between the holes for the hinge mounting that goes into the cabinet should be 12mm (about 0.5 inches).

Good luck.I donât understand any of this 🙄 Sorry, itâs my first time dealing with IKEA cabinets and their assembly.
Do you maybe have a small illustration? 😉

Sketch with carcass and door, dimensions as above.

Um... yes, I have Ikea cabinets and an Ikea Jutis door. Both are 40cm x 80cm (16 inches x 31.5 inches). I already have the press-in hinge installed in the cabinet, but what Iâm missing is the exact drilling distance on the door for the hinges.
Yes, the instructions explain how to do it... if you have the drilling template 😉
The template has 4 holes, and these are the ones I need to drill precisely.
