Hello everyone,
I bought a wardrobe with sliding doors that I planned myself beforehand using the Pax Planner, but unfortunately the doors don’t open fully, so I can’t access either of the drawers; I can’t open any of them.
I can’t see any assembly errors though. If it’s clear from the start that this doesn’t work, why doesn’t IKEA give any warning when designing the system?
Thanks in advance for your help, and I’ll call IKEA tomorrow anyway.

this should work. Usually, when a problem like this has been described here, it was related to the KOMPLEMENT snap fitting.

The first step is always to analyze the problem—in this case, finding out why the doors won’t open any further. If nothing is obvious, I would remove the latch fitting to see if that helps.
If it still doesn’t work, check again where the door is hitting or blocking. If it does work after removing the fitting, observe carefully how the door moves at the end and compare that to how it moves with the fitting installed.
Since I don’t have a PAX system, I can’t provide more details. Perhaps a PAX owner will respond.
Problems can also arise if you try to install the front and rear doors on opposite sides than originally intended.
