Last week we bought the Besta system with high-gloss fronts for the living room. Out of a total of 15 fronts, several have defects. One drawer has black streaks in the gloss, and two small doors have a groove-like mark right in the middle. It is very visible but not noticeable to the touch. Does anyone know this problem, and if so, can I exchange the fronts?
Furthermore, I am having real trouble adjusting the drawers. They are crooked and therefore rub. Does anyone have a tip? The hinges are the type that press the door closed. Thank you very much for your answers.

1) Of course, you can file a complaint about the faulty fronts. You can even exchange everything if you don’t like it after all, as long as you have the receipt and it was purchased after August 25, 2014.
2) What is misaligned? Where is it rubbing? Photo?
