Hello, I have made some progress. The notary contract is signed and paid. So now we can get started.
The plot is located in Schneeberg, in a green area which I have already introduced here before.
After a lot of experimenting, two floor plans have now been developed and sketched.
Option 1 Optimized. Without attic conversion
Here is the ground floor (GF)

Contour lines every 50 cm (20 inches). Slope about 15%. North is at the top. The house without garage measures 12 x 7.5 m (39 x 25 feet).
Here is the basement (B)

The stairs in the garage are just a test. The stair window is still missing. The 6 steps in the corner are also missing.

The plan was for the house to be family-friendly to maintain resale value, right?
Then please enlarge the bathroom/WC on the ground floor, because as it is now, it is very cramped. With children, you will be two people in the bathroom for at least a few years until the kids can manage everything on their own. That will be quite difficult in such a small space. Also, with the long distance from the living room to another toilet, you will probably have to clean the stairs quite often ;-)
Then please enlarge the bathroom/WC on the ground floor, because as it is now, it is very cramped. With children, you will be two people in the bathroom for at least a few years until the kids can manage everything on their own. That will be quite difficult in such a small space. Also, with the long distance from the living room to another toilet, you will probably have to clean the stairs quite often ;-)

I just want to point that out. Yes, I have intellect.
Basically, we are discussing a house for future buyers (your current wishes are still unknown) on an actual existing plot of land. Yes, that is possible too.
Do you need two cars? The one in the garage won’t easily get out if there’s another car parked in the yard.
A staircase at the entrance that leads downward presents a major risk, namely the stairwell opening where someone could fall down.
And of course, Katja is right when she mentions the dirt zone in front of the stairs. You walk through this area with dirty shoes when coming home, and also in the evening with bare feet, for example when moving between floors during leisure time.
The bottleneck at the bottom of the stairs does not allow much room to maneuver. While upstairs you can look out through a panoramic window, downstairs you get a basement feeling. Am I correct that the living area does not open to the garden? Are there no patio doors?
Is that supposed to be an open space next to the staircase?
I can’t make sense of V2 at all, with corridor-like tunnels everywhere that aren’t necessary.
I really dislike the architectural style.

First, the car situation should be clarified. Getting in and out must work smoothly.

It might be different elsewhere, but here this house with around 9 and 10 m² (about 97 and 108 sq ft) children’s rooms (my walls are only 10 cm (4 inches) thick), but a kitchen nearly 20 m² (215 sq ft) large would not sell to a family of four. Therefore, I would also avoid forcefully planning two equally sized children’s rooms.
A home office can also be a desk by the window, with a printer in the utility room. The utility room is just under 130 cm (51 inches) wide...
Better a multifunctional room than two small holes.
Your design has 3 toilets for supposed 2 people. I question that as well.
Honestly, it seems to me as if you are new to the forum and mainly have the big Pinterest wishes for a pantry, a showcase kitchen, a master bathroom, and a straight staircase. I’m a bit disappointed by that. Maybe I am being too strict with you and nothing else is possible. Or maybe you are just clumsy and hiding it well. At least you stay true to your nickname. You can handle slopes. I can’t.
At least I would try to position the staircase sideways so that you have the full width of the house available and don’t end up facing a wall downstairs, but instead feel like you are walking into the garden because a patio door welcomes you.
However, with this sideways staircase, it becomes difficult to access the attic. Perhaps the attic should be held as a reserve for sale, so leave it untouched for now and plan the living space for old age without these children’s room alternatives.

Can the basement area on the south side also be added to the separate living unit?
