Hello,

does anyone happen to have their TV positioned under a band of windows and could share a few pictures with me?

If you had to choose, TV under the band of windows, couch opposite, allowing a view through the patio door on the same side as the TV

or

couch under the band of windows (with the garden behind, patio door basically on the couch wall, and the view then towards the opposite wall with the band of windows.

Does anyone have either of these setups?

Thanks and best regards

Is this what you meant?

Floor plan of a living space with measurements; blue marking of a curve and a vertical line.

Hmm... you enter and then there is only a passage about 1 meter (3 feet) wide on the left. Essentially, you are standing directly in front of the end of the sofa.

If I measured correctly, the total interior width of the room is about 700 cm (275 inches)? I find the separating sofa quite unfortunate here, as it divides a large room back into smaller units.

Well, in our case, the sofa is placed to the right of the door, and then there are almost four meters (13 feet) to the TV. Our room is also 11 meters (36 feet) long, which handles a division better, or I even find it quite comfortable to have a somewhat separated living area here. However, "separated" is relative, since the 100 cm (39 inches) high sofa doesn’t create a truly separated space.
