Hello everyone, I am planning to refurbish our guest room and am currently looking at the Ikea PAX wardrobes. I am particularly interested in which models from the PAX series work best for a guest room where we need storage space for clothes and blankets, but at the same time, the wardrobe should not be too imposing and should keep the room feeling as open as possible. Does anyone have experience with different PAX variants in such rooms? Which dimensions, interior fittings, or doors work well if the room is to be used occasionally for multiple purposes?
The decision naturally depends on the room, but 100cm (40 inches) Pax units are great for a guest room. You can use them optimally with variable interior fittings. Larger units feel too bulky to me, especially if you want the room to be versatile. Good luck with your decision!
