This looks remarkably similar to our bathroom. Both the plan and the layout of the floor plan.
Is this also from T&M?
Ours is a bit larger, and the bathtub is installed at an angle. Otherwise, it's almost identical.

For less than 10m² (108 sq ft), you really made the most out of it.

Is a double sink not an option for you? For us, that would be an absolute priority. A tiled shower will probably be difficult given the size of the bathroom, but it’s not a must. I actually think the bathroom looks quite nice.

Is it possible to position the bathtub so that you can look out of the window while bathing? Would the person bathing then be able to see some sky or greenery?

Have you already tested with a T-wall? Place it at the bottom. Behind it, there will be a tiled shower and a toilet on the other side. I made a rough sketch.
Our bathroom will be about the same size.
