ᐅ What do you think of our bathroom?

To be honest, the bathroom and the whole house offer too little space for two people. Bathroom, wardrobe, walking areas... everything is very small. Can your architect not do more? My suggestion in the other thread wasn’t well received because of the staircase. It’s a matter of personal taste, but what is shown here is almost masochistic.

We are facing exactly the same problem.
I was shocked when I stood in the shell construction.
How wide is the space between the window and the wall where the bathtub is currently located?

I think that if five people want to get ready in the bathroom at the same time, there is a need for at least one additional, even small, bathroom. Otherwise, I find that hard to imagine.

@kati1337 and @zr10r we also visited T&M last year, and they really tried to push a catalog house on us.

Friends built with T&M two years ago, and as far as I know, they are quite satisfied. Although recent online reviews have not been very positive.

During the first meeting, we did not own the plot yet, so we assumed they weren’t interested in planning for us at that time.

I didn’t try that – we had already chosen a house from their catalog and only made minor adjustments. Just small things like enlarging the bedroom a bit, adding a storage room, things like that.
At the appointment, they told us you can basically change almost everything inside the house. We played around a lot with planning software and realized we couldn’t come up with a better layout than the architect did.
How far they can or want to do completely custom designs, I don’t know.
