The issue with horizontal doors not staying in the upper position has been discussed many times, but I believe I have found the right screw. Whether the screw is fully tightened inside or outside, the door does not stay up.
The cabinet is 60cm (24 inches) wide and about 40cm (16 inches) high, so it should fit.
It concerns a Utrusta hinge small for horizontal door, white.
Thank you in advance

in the picture, the setting indicator is not yet fully aligned. If the flap does not hold even with the marking all the way forward, it should be exchanged.
I find it surprising that the adjustment screw is protruding.

We always only turn the screw marked in the picture: once completely in one direction, once completely in the other direction. Neither makes any difference.

IKEA-Experte5 Mar 2017 15:17Where the screw is located, there is a rectangular cutout on the side of the housing with marking lines. In the picture, you can see an indicator inside the cutout that shows the set spring tension.
