Hello, we bought a great prefabricated house. Now I keep wondering: how stable is a house like this? We have underfloor heating on the upper floor and have just installed a vinyl floor. Heavy furniture will be moved in soon. Should I be concerned?

I had already built solid construction twice, and after my first prefabricated house, I wouldn’t do that again. Baumfachmann schrieb:
As an expert, I wouldn’t have bought a prefabricated house [...] if I had any doubts. In comparison, I can even better understand so-called female logic: You have a positive experience that does not contradict your expert knowledge, yet you could still have doubts? ? ?

But since there are experts here anyway: Prefabricated house built in 2004 on a solid basement.
We recently had vinyl flooring installed in the attic.
One more question: Pax wardrobe 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) no problem. 3-meter (9.8 feet) wardrobe with books on the other side no problem?
Otherwise, just normal lightweight furniture.

May I ask a question.
The purpose of a prefabricated house is not clear to me.
Okay, the house is ready immediately, but a solid (or masonry) house costs only slightly more and you can watch the construction process unfold (which is exciting). The construction time is usually only about 6 months.
