You are correct: these are normally heavy items and nothing to worry about. Your house also has normally stiff ceilings. Structural engineers are just as cautious with prefabricated houses as they are with solid construction.

There is a lot of criticism about prefabricated houses. As an expert, I would not have bought a prefabricated house, and I definitely would not have simply placed an aquarium with 2300 liters (610 gallons) inside if I had any doubts. I have built two solid constructions before, and after my first prefabricated house, I would not do it again.
Today's prefabricated houses cannot be compared to those from 40 years ago.

And just as she was starting to feel reassured... great...

You can also fully tile up to the ceiling... I wouldn’t be sure about the aquarium either, it apparently works.
