Hello,
I have a Faktum base cabinet with a full-extension drawer.
Now the faucet on the sink needs to be repaired, which can only be done if the drawer is removed from the cabinet carcass.
Does anyone know how to pull out the drawer? IKEA has said that the drawer must be disassembled.
This seems quite complicated compared to other kitchens.

Many thanks in advance,

Hello,
Removing a drawer sounds like “I don’t know how, but I don’t want to admit it.”
The drawer is removed just like all the others.
IKEA method: Pull the drawer out, reach underneath from the FRONT and pull upwards. You need to pull firmly and it feels like you might break something.
Gentle method, try it first on a drawer: Pull the drawer out and look underneath on both the left and right sides. A few centimeters (inches) from the front, you will see a rectangular cutout in the cabinet rail with a white locking tab inside. Use a screwdriver or similar tool to press the locking tab in, and while holding the tab pressed, push the cabinet rail backwards. This is easiest if you insert a screwdriver between the drawer front and the gray part of the cabinet rail.
For the bottom drawer, you have to do this blindly or use a mirror.
