This week we bought all the cabinets for our kitchen. Now I have read in this forum that there can be issues with third-party appliances. We have already chosen and ordered the refrigerator mentioned above. As far as I could read, it has a fixed-door system.

What kind of system does my new cabinet from IKEA have?

I thought everything was supposed to be simple 🙁

Hello, there should be no problems with fixed door technology. The only important thing is to have doors in the correct size. For a 200cm (79 inches) high cabinet, according to the dimension sketch, there is one 80cm (31.5 inches) and one 120cm (47 inches) high door.

I can confirm that I installed a Beko refrigerator designed for a 178cm (70 inch) cabinet opening with a fixed door system. It works without any issues.

You will need a Behjälplig for the dishwasher. The problem is, it seems that BEHJÄLPLIG is no longer available. You should check tomorrow if your IKEA still has one in stock.
