Hello.
Does anyone have horizontal wall cabinets and can tell me how much clearance above the cabinet is needed so that the door (height 40cm (16 inches) and 60cm (24 inches)) with a handle can open without hitting the ceiling? Or is it possible to adjust the hinges so that the doors stay open at a 90° angle?
Unfortunately, the manual does not provide any information on this (I can’t make sense of figure 7 on page 11).
Thanks & best regards!

Before I run off to ask a question on IKEA’s site, I’m posting it here as well. How far in is this hinge measured from the start of the cabinet? In the second picture on the IKEA page, it looks like it takes up about half the cabinet depth.
(This question is because I wanted to use the hinge with a built-in extractor hood, which might not fit after all.)

Wouldn’t the hinge be located above the range hood?
