ᐅ Privacy Screen with Diamond-Shaped Slats – Flush Door?

Hello everyone,

we are currently planning a privacy screen to serve as a divider between the courtyard and the terrace.

The idea is to build a substructure and then cover it with rhombus boards. However, I would like to include a door in the privacy screen that is also clad with the boards and flush-mounted.

What options are there for the door/frame in this case?

The rhombus battens need to be screwed into something anyway, so build a KVH frame from behind to which the door hinges are attached.
