Hello, we spent the whole weekend assembling our new Pax Lyngdal wardrobe. It consists of 4 carcasses: one large one, then two smaller ones in the middle, and another large one at the end. The two middle carcasses each have 2 drawers. On one side, the drawers won’t open because the wardrobe door doesn’t fully open (this is not visible to the naked eye, you only notice it because the drawers won’t open). If you lift the doors slightly at the bottom, they open enough for the drawers to be accessible. All the drawer slides were installed correctly and the entire wardrobe was assembled step by step according to the instructions. Can someone give me a tip on what the problem might be?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards

Hello!
There is an adjustable stop installed in the upper rail (it looks like a tooth turned on its side). Have you already tried moving it slightly outward?

Otherwise, check the PAX-LYNGDAL online manual, page 23.

If the drawers on only one side cannot be opened (because they hit the door), and this cannot be fixed by adjusting the stops attached to the upper running rail, then the upper running rail is not aligned exactly in the center of the cabinet.
The ends of the running rail must have exactly the same distance to the ends of the cabinet on both sides.
If this is not the case, the sliding doors should be removed again, the upper running rail taken down, and reinstalled precisely in the center.
Then, of course, reinstall the door.
