ᐅ PAX cabinet from IKEA, shortening the baseboard height

The base of the Pax frame is approximately 7cm (3 inches) high. In the past, I have shortened the base of several Pax wardrobes by 3-4cm (1-1.5 inches) because the ceiling height was a few centimeters too low. Those wardrobes had regular doors, and with those, the 7cm (3 inches) base can almost be completely removed.

Now I want to get a PAX with sliding doors, but the ceiling height is again only 2.32m (7 ft 7 in), and I would like to install the 236cm (7 ft 9 in) PAX. How far do the sliding doors extend below the base, or how much space is there between the bottom edge of the sliding door and the floor? Could someone please send me a close-up photo of the base area with the sliding door partially opened? Ideally, with a measuring tape shown.

I quickly took some measurements. In my opinion, you could cut a maximum of 3.5 cm (1.4 inches) from the base to ensure enough clearance—assuming the floor is even and the flooring is smooth (no high-pile carpet). At just about 3.8 cm (1.5 inches), the lower fitting of the outer sliding door starts. This could possibly be adjusted slightly upwards (maybe gaining about 1 mm (0.04 inches)), but this might require grinding the lower aluminum track.
