I am still in the process of planning my new kitchen. Only now have I noticed that there are no doors available at 160 cm (63 inches) height! That’s frustrating.
I have a built-in Siemens fridge that is 157.7 cm (62 inches) tall and requires a niche height of 158 cm (62 inches). If there were a 160 cm (63 inches) high door, it would work if I moved the top shelf upwards. It would be behind the 60 cm (24 inches) high upper door, and with the 60 cm (24 inches) high wall cabinets next to it, it would create a uniform look. But that’s not possible! So what do I do now? I don’t want a 40 cm (16 inches) low mini-door either at the top or the bottom!
Why are the doors available only in 20 cm (8 inches) increments, but the 160 cm (63 inches) size is missing? Does IKEA really want to force customers to buy only IKEA appliances?
So much for customer focus!

IKEA-Experte5 Apr 2016 00:36Only 4 out of about 100 built-in refrigerator models from Siemens have this height...

IKEA-Experte5 Apr 2016 16:55I don’t see a single refrigerator from AEG for a 158cm (62 inches) niche. If the market share for appliances of this size is so small, it’s not worthwhile to provide an additional size for all front models.
*sigh* There’s not only Siemens and AEG, and it’s not just about the required 158cm (62 inches) niches. As I said, for all appliances between 140 and 160, or even 166cm (55 to 63 or 65 inches) in height, the owners are out of luck, and I don’t think there are that few of them. I’ve noticed that IKEA seems to be somewhat of a sacred cow for you, which must not be criticized... but I’ll do it anyway.
* Edit: I meant 156cm (61 inches).

IKEA-Experte5 Apr 2016 18:43I have criticized IKEA here before, but if the market share for appliances requiring a 160cm (63 inches) tall door is very small, manufacturing them simply isn’t worthwhile, or they would have to be sold at too high a price. If I needed one, I would also be frustrated that it doesn’t exist, but it’s important to understand why it’s not available.
There is also no reason to buy a refrigerator from IKEA since there are many alternative sizes available from other manufacturers.
If there is a 166cm (65 inches) size, then moving up to 180cm (71 inches) should be an option.
What I find much worse is that there are no cabinets 50cm (20 inches) wide.
