ᐅ Lagan Dishwasher with Ikea Faktum Cabinet Front

Hello, I urgently need help.

In May, I bought a LAGAN dishwasher and a Faktum front panel.

When unpacking after delivery (the front panel was not in stock), I had to find out that the mounting hardware RESONLIG was missing. So I went back to IKEA, and after a long back and forth, I was finally able to buy Resonlig and took it to the kitchen. There, I realized that the drilling template was missing.

Since then, I have been desperately trying to get a drilling template. IKEA customer service said they would take care of it, and at some point, I received an assembly video by email. But that’s no use to me. I need this drilling template.
Then I got an email from IKEA customer service telling me to contact Electrolux, as they are the manufacturer of the machine. They want
- A copy of the purchase receipt
- The product number (9 or 11 digits without letters) starting with 6.. ... ... or 9.. ... ...
- Serial/manufacturing number (S-No./F-No.)
The machine is already installed. I emailed them the purchase contract, but I still haven’t heard anything back.

Can anyone here help me with a copy of the drilling template? That would be really, really kind.

By now, I am completely frustrated every time I see the dishwasher without a front panel.

Could the numbers possibly be on the rating plate (should be on the right edge of the door)?

You don’t need a template for FAKTUM, only for METOD.

However, the large paper template should have been included with the unit.

If the manufacturer isn’t helpful, your contract partner is IKEA. If the template wasn’t included, they must provide a replacement, if necessary by taking one from a new unit and at least measuring the distances.

Thanks for the quick responses.

But I was already at that point. This whole issue has been dragging on since May 2014.

I also don’t understand why IKEA can’t send me a copy of the drilling template.
But the staff simply don’t understand what I need.

The phone hotline staff always agree with me and say I will get a copy as soon as possible.
But then I receive videos or other useless information.

At IKEA Saarlouis in person they just tell me to go to customer service.
After all, I supposedly threw away the drilling template.
But there was simply nothing in the package.
Or maybe I really did throw something away. Either way, I need a new drilling template.

Does anyone have a drilling template at home that they could copy for me? Or could send me the measurements by email?

You can, of course, determine the measurements yourself directly on the device.
