I recently started assembling Ikea Platsa furniture and encountered some issues that weren’t easy to resolve right away. So, I have a question for the community: Is there an official Ikea Platsa online help resource or specific instructions published directly by Ikea that assist with common assembly problems? My research on the Ikea website and app only turned up the general assembly manuals, but nothing addressing the frequent challenges during assembly.
Has anyone used official digital aids like step-by-step videos, interactive support pages, or similar resources that Ikea offers specifically for Platsa? That would be a great help, as the product descriptions and included instructions are sometimes a bit unclear, especially regarding the module variants and installation of the sliding doors.

Tip: Loosen the adjustment screws just a little, then try sliding the door several times and watch where the resistance occurs. Sometimes cleaning the track and rollers a bit helps as well.
