I have an 80cm (31.5 inches) wide base cabinet for the sink in my new METOD kitchen. Below, there is a double drawer, and above it, there is a GRYTNÄS front panel that is intended to function purely as a cover panel.
Unfortunately, I haven’t found any way to attach this cover panel. I assume there must be a specific accessory for this, but so far I haven’t been able to find it. According to the parts list, the Utrusta connector is supposed to be used for this. However, the instructions indicate that this connector is used to attach the front panel to the drawer fronts, which is not the goal here (the drawer already has two front panels attached side by side, and it was definitely not planned for the top panel to move out with the drawer).
Best regards,
Chris

IKEA-Experte21 Sep 2014 10:32Hello, a mounting bracket (124535) is included for the sink cabinet. Please refer to the instructions on page 29.

If the panel is even slightly misaligned by a few millimeters (inches), it becomes immediately noticeable – this is definitely not the part where you want to rely on visual estimation.
The fact that I have already installed the countertop and sink doesn’t exactly make the situation any easier.

IKEA-Experte7 Mar 2016 21:54If the drawer front has no holes, then drilling them was forgotten. Try to exchange the front. If it is no longer available, take a cheap HÄGGEBY front, drill the holes through it, and use that front as a drilling template.
