Hello,
Does anyone know if, and if so which, Blum cup hinges correspond to the IKEA wide-angle hinges?
Unfortunately, I need to replace a very old hinge (about 30 years old) in my kitchen (not from IKEA).
I am particularly interested in whether the 153° wide-angle hinges (IKEA Utrusta article number: 002.046.48 and INTEGRAL article number: 50105863) are compatible with Blum’s 155° or 170° hinges.
I have found hinges from Blum with 155° and 170° opening angles.

Unfortunately, I could not find any technical specifications for the IKEA hinges.
I have attached some pictures of one of the old hinges, from which I hope the approximate opening dimensions of the old hinges can be derived. Maybe someone has a photo of the IKEA hinges with the corresponding measurements, or just the measurements themselves, which would already be helpful.

Best regards and thanks in advance.

Hello,
since the cup on the old hinge in picture 3 is rotated about 180°, its opening angle is closer to that of a 170° hinge.
At IKEA, the 153° hinge is mainly used because it does not have a recess.

Regardless of the exact dimensions of the old hinge, you need to select a new one based on the cabinet’s measurements using the tables in the hardware manufacturer’s catalog.

Hello,
@IKEA-Experte: Thanks for your reply. I have already compared the measurements for the Blum hinges in the catalog. But what I’m really interested in is whether any of the IKEA hinges match the Blum hinges, and if so, which ones. I just can’t find any measurements for the IKEA hinges! By the way, an opening angle of about 150° would be completely sufficient in this case.

Best regards

I once used the 153° hinge for a different application and followed the specifications of the 155° hinge from the Blum catalog. Everything fit perfectly.
